• Practice data: Your answers, scores, and band scores from practice sessions.
• Audio recordings: Voice recordings submitted for Speaking assessment. These are sent to our AI provider for transcription and are not stored permanently.
• Usage data: How you use the app, which modules you practice, and your progress over time.
• Payment information: Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered assessment and feedback on your practice sessions.
• To track your progress and band score history.
• To send password reset emails when requested.
• To improve our question sets and assessment quality.
• To manage your subscription and attempts.

3. AI and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to power our features:

• OpenAI / DeepSeek: For generating practice questions and assessing Writing and Speaking responses. Your answers are sent to these services for processing.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions on Google Play.
• SendGrid: For sending transactional emails (password resets).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by DigitalOcean. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your data with the third-party services listed above, which is necessary to provide the core features of the app.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:
